Refund and Cancellation Policy – HopeMitra Foundation
HopeMitra Foundation is committed to maintaining transparency and accountability in all donations received.
Voluntary Donations
All donations made to HopeMitra Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support our charitable activities.
Refund Requests
As donations are made voluntarily for charitable purposes, they are generally non-refundable.
However, refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate transactions.
- Incorrect donation amount due to a genuine error.
- Technical issues resulting in multiple successful payments.
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us with:
- Donor Name
- Registered Email Address
- Transaction ID
- Donation Date
- Donation Amount
- Reason for the refund request
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
Cancellation
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.
For recurring donations (if enabled), donors may request cancellation of future recurring payments before the next billing cycle.
